The club will retain approximately 15% for miscellaneous expenses (plaques, etc.).
(b) The non-boater expense fee will be determined at the draw, with consideration given to current fuel prices.
(c)  Team events will have a $20 entry fee per person per tournament.  This fee will provide for a Big Bass award to the team weighing the largest bass.  In 2-day events, the Big Bass award will be awarded each day.

Entering a Club Tournament

(a) In order to enter a club tournament a member's annual dues must be paid in full.
(b) Members who want to be in the draw for a tournament must be present or have made prior arrangements to be entered into the draw.
(c) Tournament entries must be paid prior to the time of the draw.  Pre-paying tournament entries is acceptable.
(d) Each member will be allowed to enter tournaments after the draw up to two (2) times per tournament season, provided they have pre-paid their tournament entry.
(e) In cases where a member cannot fish a tournament that they have entered their entry fee will be applied to the next tournament or refunded in full.
(f) Each member will be allowed to enter tournaments after the draw up to two (2) times per tournament season if they have not paid or pre-paid their entry.  In these cases, the member will not be able to pay an entry and will not be in the payout.  They will receive points based on their finish, but will incur a 5 point penalty.
(g) In cases where a member cannot fish in a team event, the remaining member has the option to pair up with another single boater or fish alone.

Tie Breaking when Club Standings are used for Determining Tournament Entries

If a tie occurs between two (2) of more individuals with points, the highest number of fish caught will be the tie breaker.   If the total number of fish caught is the same, then the tie will be broken by a blind draw.    If the individuals with zero (0) points, the tie will be broken by the number of club tournaments fished.  If the number of club tournaments fished is the same, then the tie will be broken by a blind draw.

Scoring for Annual Club Champion and Non-Boater Champion

Finish in club tournaments will be determined by total weight caught minus penalties.  Scoring for the annual Club Champion and Non-Boater Champion will be by points as described below. To qualify as the Non-Boater Champion the person must fish 75% or more of the club tournaments as a non-boater.  The Non-Boater Champion will be recognized only if there are 5 or more Non-Boaters on the roster.

Short Fish Penalty

A courtesy board will be present at all weigh-ins.  All anglers will have the right to check their fish on the courtesy board, but once the fish is presented to the weigh master the Weigh Master will have the final say on whether or not the fish meets the minimum length requirement.  If a fish is short the angler will receive a 5 point penalty from that tournament's score.  If it is the only fish being presented, the penalty will be taken from the angler's AOY total.

You have to weigh a fish to receive points.

Drawing for Club Tournaments

All boaters will be put into the draw and be drawn out by the non-boaters.  When all non-boaters are paired up the remaining boaters will be fishing alone unless they mutually agree to fish with one of the other solo boaters.  The club will not reimburse the solo boaters under any circumstances.   At the next draw the boaters that were not drawn at the last tournament by non-boaters will be drawn out first and paired up with non-boaters.   At any tournament, at the Tournament Director’s discretion, he may require that all members be paired up for safety reasons.  Drawing for team events will be blind draws.  Drawn partners decide who's boat to use.

Daily Limits for Team Events

The daily limit for team events will be 5 per boat.
